Sidewalk Egg Frying Day
Celebrated every year in Oatman, Arizona on July 4th is the Oatman Sidewalk Egg Frying Day. Only heat from the sun may be used to fry eggs on the sidewalk and there is a 15 minute time limit. Held at high noon on Historic Route 66, there are also reenactments of Old West Gunfights, burro's roaming the streets, food, entertainment and more.
