Eat What You Want Day
Forget about that diet and low calorie
food....just for today. May 11th, is Eat What You Want Day. So,
for one day, don't worry that the Donut you just ate will wind up on your hips
or that the Hot Fudge Sundae will spoil your dinner. Today is the day to
enjoy the foods you love without repercussion from your trainer, your work-out
coach or anyone else. You can go back on your diet tomorrow!
