This card folds into fourths and is printed on a textured paper with a yellow ribbon that wraps around into the center.  Card reads: "To the Best Folks I Know".  Inside reads: "Now God be thanked for the Autumn's cheer and the gladness it evokes, and God be thanked for the memories dear of a lot of friendly folks; and God be thanked for the special few more dear than all the rest, with a big, big "Thank You!" just for the folks I love the best."
