Mfg. Unknown Circa: Late 1800's, Early 1900's Most popular in the late 1800's this Silk Fringed Card has two sides and was meant to be hand delivered or sent in an envelope unlike other mailed "postcards" of those days. One side of the card reads: "A Happy New Year to you. Breathe forth a New Year's blessing Oer our dear friends we pray." The reverse side reads: " The Season's Compliments. Rose of love with tinted leaves, Kindly wish to you it breathes." |
