Folded Cut Out Card folds into fourths.  The blue ribbon goes through to the inside of the card and the bottom is real lace.  The paper is a wax coated paper.  Card reads:  Congratulations to You All.  Inside reads:  Here's a cheery "Welcome" Just as hearty as can be.  To the Most Important Member Of your splendid family;  With a note of best wishes For Dad and Mother too - May life be glad and happy For every one of You!
